PRACTICAL MOTORBIKE SELLING Tips & Advice (Chile, might work anywhere in the world)
 

Further to my inquiry about selling scams, I thought this query would be better served in a new thread:

I am selling a bike in Chile. I could use some practical tips I haven't been able to find easily in the HUBB. This is NOT a question about paperwork requirements.

My question is about how best to deal with potential buyers, because I want everything to go smoothely without much risk, for example:


1. Where best to arrange the meeting & viewing

2. How to handle a test ride (someone I don't know could ride off and never return; test riding two up may be unwanted and risking my own life; taking a deposit probably unrealistic)
