Possible/legal to sell a Colombian Bike in Ecuador
 

I've seen half a dozen of these posts, but many have no replies or don't have Ecuador specific information.

I may not be able to come back for my bike (as originally planned) so I'm considering selling it here in Ecuador. I already have an American living here (on a work permit) interested. Would it be possible to sell the bike legally to him?

Really really appreciate any info you all have!

May not be directly relevant, but I know that an American emigrating legally to Ecuador cannot bring in a foreign car so assuming that is still true, I would be surprised if your proposal would fly
