peru or bolivia for bike parts

hi does anyone know were is cheepest out of La Paz Bolivia or Arequipa peru for tyres (21",18" pirelli mt 21 or the like) and also for honda xr250 tornado parts ?
also if any one knows of a link to a tornado manual (pref in english) it would be much appreshiated.

Hi I found Pirelli MT90 or MT 60 in La Paz for 385-400 bol. I think is not bad price.

What size tyre was that for ?
Are all the Pirelli tyre models about the same price if for the ecual size ?

21 inch 90/90, Todo Moto shop, You walk Columbia street up (from Santa Cruz) pass San pedro plaza (where is famous prisson) one block, turn right and 40 m on the right.
