Parts to Colombia
I'm stuck in Colombia with a blown cam shaft for an xr650l. The parts are on their way to my home address but what's the best way to get them from the states to Colombia? Not to worried about time but would like to avoid import taxes. I just talked with a DHL representative and they want about 150 bucks! ABE Cargo said $3 per pound and 3 to 5 days. Sounds pretty good, maybe to good. What about regular mail? Does anyone have any experience with shipping parts to Colombia?

Check out US mail, they sent a package to Chile for me for $20 that UPS wanted $220 for.

They have an address in Miami. I have used them on a few occasions and it was OK. claude |

Thanks guys. Road Hog, how long did it take for your package to arrive? Did you pay import tax on that? What's the best way to avoid import duties?
