Merino Wool Shirts??

Good afternoon Hubbers

Long shot I know but does anyone know of any places that sell merino wool clothing? specifically a T shirts.

We are using Icebreaker and love em but I have simply worn mine to death and they are stuffed.

Only other option is to buy out of the USA or NZ etc but if I can buy local then cool.

Also posted in the CA section.

Thanks team

Hi,

We got some in Puerto Natalis, WAY down south. Reasonable prices to I seem to recall, but now sure exactly how much we paid.

There are a good few outdoor shops there.

Merv.

Great info thanks and will keep that for later on.

Need one now and coming up needing another one up here so will see what we can get up this way, chances are I will have stuffed them by the time we get down there too.

Seems you can get swazi style stuff here to my surprise but I still love merino much better in the :freezing:

There's a town two hours north of Santiago, Valle Hermosa, near La Ligua, that is THE place to go for all wool goods in Chile. These are the suppliers for all the wool clothing shops in Chile.

Hi Andi and Ellen,

If you are down South of Santiago, Pucon, quite a little outdoor mecca has heaps of shops with all the latest hiking, climbing, and such gear by all the big name brands. I don't recall seeing any icebreaker (which is what I wear as well - great product!), but there is probably a strong chance they would have it there.

Cheers,

Ian

Icebreaker in Santiagp

Anywhere near Santiago? If so, check out

La Cumbre. Equipo de MontaƱa

I bought an Icebreaker Tech T Lite there a couple of months ago - they had a good stock.

'Zolkan' in Mallsport in Santiago also stocks Icebreaker.

I've just returned to Peru from a quick trip back to UK , loaded up with Icebreaker. It's the only way to go!!

Happy shopping
