Looking for bike in Santiago, Chile
 

I'm looking to buy a bike in Santiago, Chile. Preferrably between 250-400cc, but I'm willing to budge on both ends. Hoping for less than USD3000. Does anybody know the regulations as far as buying a Chilean bike and taking it back to the states? What are the import tariffs like for the states? Any help would be greatly appreciated!
