license requirements for UK citizen in SA
 

Hi,

I am thinking about a trip to SA next year. I hold a full UK motorcycle license but no car license. Can I get an international license for with motorcycle entitlement only?

Yes, the AA provide them from main post offices, check AA web site or call them for details of your nearest branch.

You need a passport photo and both parts of you license, the paper bit and credit card size card.

Hi Paul, Brazil does not accept "International Drivers License's".
They will accept an offical notarizied Portuguese translation or you can play dumb, give your UK license and hope the dumb tourest act works.
