Honda XR150 for Sale in Punta Arenas end of April

I bought a Honda XR150L in Santiago in Feb 2018.
I'm riding down south at the moment and would like to sell in Punta Arenas at the End of April.

The bike was perfect for me, ok on the autopista, very manoeuvrable in the dirt, fun in the twisties, no problem with the mountain inclines or the wind. Top speed 100kmh comfortably at 90, with 2.8-3 liters/100k. Easily lifted by one person.
The bike has soft panniers, spare tubes, a compressor, tools including tire leavers, a tankbag, a 5L jerrycan and approx. 3mm left on the tires when I finish.

Bought for 1.6mill peso chileno, like to sell for 1-1.2mill negotiable.
I know its out of season but I'd prefer to sell to a fellow traveler.
