Good routes through Ecuador
 
I will be heading into Ecuador in about 3 weeks after touring Colombia. I was wondering if anyone new any good route to take?

Quito: the Museo Nacional del Banco Central is probably the best museum in Hispanic America.
If in Banos, eat at Mariane - brilliant French food. Give the family my love (Simon, the Old Brit on the small bike). They invited me out to a farm for Sunday lunch. I also went white water rafting, first time aged 73. There is lots more on my BLOG at cover
