fuel prices in peru and ecuador

has anyone travelled through the mentioned countries recently and can give me information about the 2004 fuel prices?

Ecuador: Between US$1.98 and US$2.19 per galon - unleaded. Distributers have different prices but the gasoline is the same.-

Perú:
They have 84 leaded and 90, 95 and 97 unleaded.
97 unleaded costs US$3.50 x galon

The cheap stuff (84 oct) is about 10.1 soles (divide by 3.4 to get dollars).

stay at the moment in equador the price is for 1 galone 84 octan 1.50$ and 90 octan
2.00$
and i came from peru there was it 10.50 soles per galon for 84 octan.
