Darien Gap Help!!
 

Hello! I'm trying to stick handle my way around the Darien Gap for myself and 3 friends in 2018. Negotiating the options and opinions out there may prove as difficult as the gap itself. So far the Stahlratt seems the best but we may need to go by air. Any experiences any of you may have regarding service, logistics, costs, customs etc. would be much appreciated.

Because crossing the darian gap by ferry would have been 1000 Dollars i split my trip in half, bought a bike in South America and sold it there then flew to USA very cheap and started exploring North America from there with another used bike http://motorradtouren-suedamerika.de...en_suedamerika

If you use this site and searched properly most likely that crossing could cost you 300 US for a bike and 100 US for yourself. + the trill of adventure...
