Colombia St Augustin-Moca-Pasto Route
 

Hi all,

Am currently in St Agustin, traveled over from Popayan today. Will be heading for Pasto in the next few days. Has anyone recently traveled this route south through Moca?. Have had conflicting reports of the state of the route and how safe/unsafe it is.

not "recently" but did it in june / july. the unsafe part was only st. augustin to popayan but you did that already. just check the news / ask at the hotel / hostel if there is currently a ceasefire.

had no problems whatsoever going from st. augustin to pasto. you might want to split it up though depending on the weather the trampolin might be a bit slow, also there were lots of construction sites between pasto and the trampolin.
