Chile to Peru border crossing

was wondering if anyone has crossed the border from Chile north into Peru
Ive heard it can be difficult with customs, I bought my bike in Chile and have a padron or will do soon.

I crossed June 5th with no problems, if you have trouble go to San Pedro and Cross to Bolivia from there.

Easy crossing
 
Came through at Arica amonth ago, very easy crossing, every body was very helpful, the only problem was the guy who does the temporary import doc was having his dinner!!!!!
We had to wait half an hour, when he got back he couldn,t of appologised more, really nice guy spoke good english aswell
