Carnet for flight to Equador?
 

I recently got told that there may be a recent change requiring a carnet if you're flying your bike into Equador rather than shipping it. I've not found any information to back this up. (The opposite in fact, but old)

Does anyone know for sure whether this is a myth or is true?
