Not exactly a cheap hotel, but very nice and safe.
We paid 109$ (-15% because of reservation with credit card).
That is for one room. They don't care about number of people.
The place is fenced and u can get your bikes inside. ask for room 10 (or close) so you will have the bikes ride in front of your window.

its in between old an new town. good restaurants within walking distance.

Good Wifi.
you need to take off your panniers to get in (or you need better riding skills than me). The entrance is quite small.

just around the corner (500m) is freedom bikes.
they rent bikes (also small 250ccm). we didn't do, but it would be worth to have a small ride on one of the vulcanoese there.
They have been super helpful and had some good tips.
Diego (mechanic, see other posts) is around the corner as well.
