Colombia, Cali - experienced BMW, Harley mechanic
 

Jorge is an old timer Spanish mechanic and has owned Motoservicio ASTURIAS in Cali forever and a day. He's done lots of touring over the years. When I visited his large and organised workshop the other day, it was full off BMW 1200s, 1150s, 650s and Harleys being worked on. He prefers to work on the modern bikes rather than old R80s like mine.

I hadn't visited for mechanical work, but just noticed the shop on passing so popped in. But if I had a modern BMW, I would feel good about leaving the bike with him.

They also sell Heidenau K60 Scouts amongst other tyres.

Address: Avenida 6AN, # 24AN-50 (I think the cross street is somewhere around Calle 25, but as you head north it's on the right side and easy to see)
