I'd recommend Kultur Berlin; amazing place in an old colonial courtyard with a good breakfast included. They have a huge garden and there's a cafe next to it (as the name already gives away). You can park the bike in the back, although you'll need to go up small stairs when you're leaving again (take a look first).

The owner Claud is german and has heart for his business. Staff are also nice and dorms are beautiful (although they also have doubles, more expensive).
