UK Motorways eating and stopping
If you really have to use a Motorway in the UK, then the "MOTO" branded services are the way to go, IMO.
Moto services are making the effort to look after bikes and their riders, with dedicated bike parking near the entrance and storage lockers for clothing. |
I'm not sure which ones they are, but I like the ones with Marks and Sparks 'Simply Food' stores. You can actually get quite reasonably priced sandwiches etc. in them and they are quite nice too!

There is/was a webpage which gives recommended places to stop/eat that are located within 5 minutes of every motorway junction in the UK (oldie worldie pubs and the like) - now that is a good idea.
