Directory of bike friendly accommodation?

Does anyone maintain a Directory of bike friendly accommodation? Something that can be loaded in to basecamp would be ideal.

I would be keen to start mapping these but didn't want to reinvent the wheel.

For Europe: https://www.bikerbetten.de/ (in German, but there is translation software you can find somewhere)

At the bottom there's a link to POIs fuer Navis (Navi being the German for GPS or SatNav)
