crossing Myanmar in 5weeks on a rented 125
 

Hello, We have been riding these little Honda Wave (125) all over SE Asia (Yes two up one bike !), we had great adventures in Laos,Vietnam, Thailand, Cambodia and all over Indonesia...


During that time Myanmar was not open for foreigners, for it is open now, we really want to continue our adventure...:scooter:


Anybody has done this recently ? Tips, highlights,suggestions for tours....

I thought you had to have a guide for Burma.

I do think one need a guide if travelling through the country from India to Thailand or vice versa. But maybe its different if you travel within the country, rent or buy a small bike in the country and travel around?

Theres still areas that are totally closed for foreigners so not everywhere is possible to go.
