Transit Pakistan from India to Iran
 

Hello Everybody,
we almost got our visa but need to tell the Embassy a route through Pakistan. Does Somebody has a good recomendation? Not too close too the Afghan Border, they won't allow that for sure....

I guess there aren't too many alternatives...

there is not so much option )) if you look at the map. and no way to avoid to be close to afgani border. in some places you even can see afganistan (20km)

there is only one road actually. only some certain part may vary but there is pak police decides where you go, not you

you have to mention route lahore-multan-sukkur-quetta for visa purpose or just
mention actually more direct route is lahore-multan-quetta. it doesnt make difference at all. anyway travellers are always excorted by police so you have no choice at all and police wants you to go more south to avoid places they consider not safe

i did it but the opposite direction abt 2 month ago and has been attended by cops from the very iran border and they leave me alone only 20-30km before i reach lahore

I think if you tell the embassy you are entering from Iran, your visa will be refused. That has been the situation for the last few years, though there have been exceptions I think. But if it's not too late, tell them you are coming from India and visiting Lahore, Islamabad, and then going back to India, or to China.
