Temporary car storage and fly home in RSA (South Africa)
 

Hello!

Can't find the information.
If anybody knows, please help:
Have plans to enter RSA with TIP, store the car for couple of months, fly home and then comeback and continue the trip.
Is it legal in South Africa.
I have heard that with CDP it is impossible - you must leave the country with vehicle.

I got a 12 month TIP and have left my LC with Duncan at Africa Overlanders http://www.africanoverlanders.com/ in Cape Town.

They have very good security and completed some vehicle repairs for me in my absence. All transparent and would fully recommend them.
