if you cannot wait for the 3rd Consulates answer, you could begin with your own research with the Mongolian Customs Department: PH:976-11-350057 or the Mongolian Customs website: info@ecustoms.mn the website is in English too. Good luck with the phone number if cannot speak Mongol. As a special gift for you, I shall ask my wife to ask Mongolian Customs your query. So lets bury the axe and start again!
