Sri Lanka
 

I'm from Goa, India and I'm heading to Sri Lanka on business. I may be able to squeeze out one or two days to ride around the country. I'll be staying at Colombo and I'm looking for recommendations on:

1) A good motorcycle rental company in Colombo
2) Scenic routes starting from Colombo and returning back the same evening

If you think there is anything I need to know about riding a motorcycle in Sri Lanka, I'm all ears.

There are some threads here about Sri Lanka,including bike rental. The first place .. Honestly, if you only have one day, it is probably not worth it--you won't get far. The distances are not long, but road conditions make it difficult to maintain a good pace. You MIGHT be able to get to Kandy and back in a day, but it would not be fun!
