Spain-Turkey-Georgia and Russia
 

This year I will do a big trip with my Bike, I'm going from Spain to Turkey, then to Georgia and I want to go to Moscow. Has somebody done it? Do you know if I can go across the Russia - Georgia border? any suggestion?

Have crossed this border in both directions on motorcycle very smooth no problems . It is busy so go early and if on bike go to front of queue .

several times i did trip from Istanbul by Black sea coast to Batumi-Tbilisi in Georgia. Not problem at all except route from Tbilisi to Vladikavkas. 30 kms on this road was so bad but last year they started to fix it and probably it was finished in 2015 before winter. Vladikavkas mountains should be passed in summer - from july to en of agu. Rest of the time mostly heavy weather conditions.
