Sochi - Trabzon Ferry
 

Hi All, i am planning a trip around the Black sea from mid June 09- mid August 09. Due to the Georgia situation i am planning to use the Sochi - Trabzon Ferry. i am seeking any information on this crossing, Timetable, Cost, etc.

Hi,

I came from trabzon to sochi on a turkish cargo ship full of tomatoes,

They didnt tell me however that we might be waiting in sochi harbour untill customs cleared us, 3 days later... they were typical generous turkish hosts though but t would have been better for me to take the passenger ship... it only cost about 50 or 60euro...

If you are coming from russia to turkey you shouldnt find a problem as the boat is likely to be turkish and dock without delays...
