Shout out to those doing PANAM and planning to cross into Honduras on PANAM
 

Hi folks,
I did the panam route last year and it was brutal with lots of harassment etc.
This year I turned north at San Miguel in El Salvador, stayed in Perquin (Perkin Lenka hotel...great spot) ...loads to see and do here.....and from there cross into Honduras and onto to Marcala. The border post is just 2 guys who couldnt be more helpful....
40km of dirt road...but compact and easy to ride on....
