Has the road been paved? We will be riding in a couple of days.

Yes it is paved. In 2010 I rode on new beautiful tarmac and more than thise it gives nice corners and panorama.

Just the Albanian traffic is something to watch out for. Use the horn before corners and it'll be all right:)

All tarmac and (but?) very scenic: enjoy it!
