Does anyone know if one could work their way from Canada/America, ferrying across to Greenland then to Iceland then too Europe? Or any version of that. Thanks in advance :)

I don't see any reason why you couldn't ship a bike to Iceland. There is a roro ferry from Iceland to Scotland in summer.

I was thinking just the very same thing yesterday. I had been looking at the ferry service from Scotland to Iceland. Then with looking at Iceland it got me thinking about the possibility of going from Iceland to Greenland. then over to Canada from there well. Argentina if thats what you should fancy.

However I tried a search on these forums and didnt really come up with much joy. There didnt seem to be any sailing either from Iceland direct to Canada or Via Greenland. The only real solution would be to ship the bike via air freight from Iceland.

There was also mention the bikes may banned in Greenland. Don't quote me on that though.

Basically from wha I could gather in my brief search the only way to do it is by air freight and you would be wise to miss out Greenland anyway.

If anyone else can shed any more light on this then I would also appreciate it.
