Paris Dakar Route/s
Has anyone got any information on this year's Paris-Dakar route?
Particularly the second last stage which took the riders to Sharm-el-Sheik via those awesome gorges? Geoff |

I could get the roadbooks from a slovenian motorcycle driver that competed (great) in this year's P-D... Miran Stanovnik (17th in the final standings, 2nd in marathon category)...
How urgent is it? |

I've got a fast motorcycling website anyway, so the space and access is not a problem...
The other thing -- getting the darn roadbooks _is_ a problem... It will take a while... But I am working on it! |

Well, all I could get my hands on are the maps of the daily stages distributed to the press. It's basically a Michelin map with the routes sketched on it. Looks good but it’s hardly a map to navigate with. It gives a good idea though of where the rally went. If this is of any interest to anyone let me know and I’ll scan it and post it online.
