You mean through China? or across Afghanistan?

There is no direct border between Pakistan and Tajikistan

tajikstan to pakistan

1. No direct border
2. Afghan / Tajik border is shut
3 Only 1 Tajik / China border pass, only opened 5 years ago called the qulma (kulma) pass.
4. Rumour has it that the qulma pass is only open to tajik/chinese nationals.

So that leaves you facing a rather lengthy trip to kyrgystan.
