Hi, I´m leaving from Finland end of October toward South, by ferry from Palermo to Tunis and if get Visa for Algier, Constance-Alger-Oran and from there to Spain by ferry. I have Green card for Tunis but not for Algier, where can I get insurance for Alger and what other papers is needed in Tunis and Alger?

If u only going to tunis and algeria, u will not need carnet and not even international driving license. To getting visa to algeria is only real issue. Of course all the normal papers from your vehicle. Im interested how u plan to get out from algeria. Ive heard that the border against morocco is closed.
