Mexico tips and routes!
 

Hi gang,

I'll be driving south to Utila, Honduras from Vancouver, Canada this September but could use some insight for routes and city stop offs that are safe and fun from the Tijuana border to Mexico City.

I was looking at google maps and I wanted to take the coastal route to Mexico city.

If you take the ferry from La Paz to Topolobampo, you're only a few hours from Barranca del Cobre (Copper Canyon). Some incredible sights, trails, and cheap hotels in that area.
