hi guys,

whats the best way if possible to put offroad routes in a tomtom? is there a way or should i have bought a garmin?

is gps and sat nav the same thing?

In Catalonia, i.e. the eastern Pyrenees, you have one of the best cartographic services in the world - no joke! - check out their site and the on-line catologue (no pun intended :innocent:) here. The 1: 50 000 topographic series to the 'comarcas' or counties, are the ones to go for if you want serious off-road routes.

Of course there are lots of them and you'll have to work to buy them in advance, but downloads are free if you've got what it takes to do something with them!

Meanwhile check-out the on-line maps and search for a location and select the 'image' view - then you can merge satellite and topograhic to suite - sexy!
