We will be travelling from Osh to Bishkek in our 4x4 next August via the M41.
The distance is 620km and a 9 hour journey so we want to break the drive part way through and have an overnight stop.
Has anyone any suggestions on where to stop for the night (guest house etc) en route or a safe camp area?

We wild camped near the toktogul reservoir in a field. It was no problem, we just asked the farmers & they were cool with it.
