Green Card
 

Hello everyone,
We have shipped our bike from Canada to Europe and we are currently riding around Europe.
In the next couple of days we plan to go out of the Schengen countries. Our Green card expired so we renewed it but as we are on the road we have printed the Green Card and laminated it, so the original is not with us. Does any one have any experience with this situation for getting in and our of other countries with a Green Card copy?

Not first hand experience, but the issuer of my Green Card stated, and I have read in posts by others, that only the original document is accepted.

In Europe having a hard copy of your coverage is compulsory. Riding/driving without one is illegal and you could end in jail during the routine check up.
Get that original wherever it is to be shipped to some address and you pick it up from there.
