From Dubai to Denmark
 

Hi my name is Gunnar, I'm new on HU, and this is my first long trip, planing to go from Dubai to Denmark, going to flowing countries Dubai-Saudi-Jordan- Israel-Cyprus- Turkey-Bulgaria-Romania-Hungary-Czech-Poland-Lithuania-Latvia-Estonia-Finland-Sweden-Denmark, question how to get insurance in Middle East and how to get it in Europe, Motorbike is with UAE license plate.
All help will be greatly appreciated

Have you tried getting a visa for Saudi yet? That is probably going to be your biggest issue.

Some countries will make you buy insurance at the border, I don't know which ones. I would investigate the visa requirements for KSA though.

Saudi No bike travel allowed ??
 

Hi - I am looking at heading to the EU from Oman.

I also checked going through Saudi 2 years ago - but the embassy here in Oman told me "No motorbike transits possible - as terrorists use motorbikes" .... literally their words.

Even if you get a Saudi visa (and I know 2 people personally who had to ship their bikes on a truck through the place) - where next ???

Jordan is no problem - but Syria ???
Kuwait - will be an issue I am sure - but Southern Iraq is not open like northern Iraq.

I think UAE->Iran->Turkey will have to be your route.

Please feel free to correct/update me on the Saudi.... and onwards stuff.
