Free room overlooking Mount Blanc 16-18/07/13!!

Unfortunately due to me suddenly having a severe Ulcerative Colitis (UC) flare up I've had to cancel my Pyrenees and Alps Tour 12-20/07/2013. For those unaware UC and Crohns disease are inflamatory bowel desease with no cure, but a lot of reasearch is going on...

So....
On the plus side most of the hotels had free cancellation except my booking at Les Rhodos, 90, route de la Jorasse, Cordon, France for the nights of Tuesday 16th and Wednesday 17th July2013. You can read all about the hotel on Trip Advisor.
GPS location Latitude 45.91629, Longitude 6.60107 (N 045° 54.977, E 06° 36.064).

I will pay the fee of 170 Euros (£145) for the room to the hotel, hotel voucher with your name will be provided and confirmation can be made with the hotelier that this is all above board.

The room is a: -

Superior Double Room - Aravis for 1 person. (might be able to upgrade to 2 include this in the PM and I'll ask the hotel)
This room has a mountain-style décor, a balcony overlooking the Aravis Mountains, a TV and a private bathroom. Breakfast available at 10 euros extra.

I'm getting to it!!

So tonight I was about to hit the cancel booking button when I noticed that it will allow me to change the "Guest Name" and thought someone on HUBB who may be camping might as well benefit from my ill fortune and use the luxury room.

If you're interested please PM me before midnight UK time on Sunday 30th June, the twist is the room will go to the person pledging the highest donation to crohnsandcolitis.org.uk for research into a cure for IBD.

So if only 1 person replies and offers me a donation of £1 for reasearch into a cure for IBD you'll have a fab room for 50 pence a night.... you get the idea.

Thank you for reading to the end and have a great summmer touring you lucky people.

Nice idea John, sorry to hear of the flare up, I have light crohns, sucks

Thanks

Thanks, sorry to hear that you have crohns, even in a mild form life with IBD can be so unpredictable.

I've had it since 2000 and had 3 minor flare ups minor in 13 years before this one that requiring 9 days hospitalisation. Thank god for Infliximab infusion without it I would have left without my colon. lol.

Clarification

Sorry if people have been looking at my post and wondering what are the dates, I'm not firing on all cylinders.

Thanks to RunDanielMC he just pointed out that in the body of the original post I said the room was available on Tues 16 and Wed 17 August, and those days and dates don't match.
Sincere apologies it is in fact as per the subject title of the post JULY. So Tues 16th and Wed 17th JULY 2013 two nights, double room for sole occupancy. NOTE there may be a smallish charge for two people, not sure why probably an oxygen charge, but there you go we'd have to ask if you wanted the room for 2 people.

Thanks.

No one interested

Wow, I'm surprised no one interested in 2 nights free accommodation.

Last chance

Peter, sorry I felt positive someone would be around the western French Alps in mid-July that could take advantage.
If there are no last minue takers for tomorrow and Wednesday night I'll cancel the booking with the hotel??
