Europe and Russia in 3 months on new R12GSA

Hello all,
Well, every 3 years I prepare a nice bike trip in Europe. Next one is starting in 3 months. 50 days, starting in Paris, then Swizterland, Austria, Hongria, Romania, Bulgaria, Turkey, Georgia (boat from Poti to Sochi), than Russia, Crimea, Odessa, Kiev, Moscow, St Petersburg, Lituania, Estonia, Letonia, Poland, Tchequie, Germany and back to Paris and back to Reunion Island as I live there (10 000km from Paris).

Everything is prepared remote : New R12GSA, with Jesse and Touratech accessories.

Of course, the exact road might change depending on info and POI and get.

I do it alone.
This is just for info.

Any ideas, suggestions, welcome.

Thanks for the HUBB.

European trip on Adventure

Goodness - your trip looks exactly the same as we have started planning - with the exception of me shipping my new 1200GS-Adv (on order...)to the UK from Cape Town, then via Eurotunnel to France - via the countries you list and then back again. Hoping to take 3 to 4 months - with wife on the back ...
Would love to keep in touch, check up on the equipment you are taking and also how the bike performs. Obviously as a South African - we still have to worry about the Visa issues (wife is a Brit) - but I suppose that is part of the fun?

We hope to do the "trip" in 2008.

all the best & enjoy...

Same again . . .

Hi Canard
We're (Wife and me) doing a similar route, but riding all the way east to UB, then north into Russia and heading back towards Moscow and back to the UK (22,000km). Plan on leaving the UK early April '08.
Sciii - maybe we can ctach up?
Tobern - enjoy your trip.

Anyone else interested in tagging along?

Regards
Mick
