Looking for the easyest way to get to Nairobi.

I have a job opportunity in Kenya and I have to choose between bike and plane. I have been working in Kenia before so I know Kenya. And I also know Russia. I have made more than 200 trips to Russia.

So. My broblem is.

I would not recommend it. I rode to Nairobi nearly 30 years ago from Casablanca. It was a lot easier then. The eastern or north-south route from Cairo, which will take you through Sudan and South Sudan has got to be very, very difficult due to the political/social situation. The route from the west, through what is now Congo, has got to be equally suicidal. Plus even before that, the Central African Republic, has got to be a tough go for the same reasons. Just fly and buy a bike there.
