Eurasian trip from EU to Singapore options

I'm planning a trip from Europe to Singapore. Initially the ride was going to be from EU through Central Asia, Mongolia and Siberia to Vladistok and then ship the bike home. That was before the war in Ukraine which between heavy sanctions from the west and the sheer principal of not wanting to give any monetary support to Russia The plan changed to go to Singapore. After looking at the challenges, difficulties and costs of getting a Chinese drivers licence, bike registrations, permits and a paid guide to escort. I was looking at taking the karakoram highway into Pakistan, India, Myanmar, South East Asia down the peninsula to Singapore. But now I see that there are new border closures between India and Myanmar which halted that plan. Now before you chime in and remind me that to get to the karakoram highway I would have to go through China anyways from Kyrgyzstan which for a short 1-2 day passage cost wise may seem more feasible than doing a 2-3 week passage through Tibet and on to Yunnan Province and down into Laos. Which Yes would be Epic route to say the least but may be more difficult cost wise. So here's my options. 1, is to go for a Chinese tour company and drop major bank to do this ride from Kyrgyzstan to Laos. The 2nd, And I don't know if anyone have any familiarity with having a bike crated up and shipped by truck from the Kyrgyzstan border across China to Laos. And then from there ride the remainder of the trip down?

To be honest, crating the bike seems somewhat counter to the spirit of the whole adventure. At that point you might as well ship your bike back home from Kyrgyzstan, fly to Asia and buy a small bike locally.

I'd try to find the budget for the full cross-China trip. You can skip China entirely depending on your passport, whether or not you can get into Iran - Turkey-Iran-Pakistan-India should be doable, or alternatively you can do the Michael Palin route and go Turkey-Iraq-Saudi Arabia and find a boat from UAE or Oman to India. But Myanmar remains an issue - not only closed land borders in the west, but they're also in the middle of a civil war right now, including fighting right up to the Thai border just recently.

EDIT: And same point as always about Singapore: it's a very cool place to visit, but a disproportionate headache to enter with your own vehicle. Put your bike on a boat or plane at Kuala Lumpur and go enjoy Singapore on foot and with public transport. :)
