Egypt to Europe......
 

Good afternoon all.

So I've been looking into options for a trip I've been planning and I continually run into problems when trying to find a ferry between a Northern Egypt and Europe.

Lots of information exists up until about 2012/13 and I simply cannot find anything more recent than that.

I'm in Saudi Arabia looking to ride back to the UK and, while I've been assured by locals here that my ferry to Europe exists, I cannot find ANY reliable information to back this up.

Can anyone help? Anything (even confirmation there's nothing and it cannot be done) would be most appreciated.

There is no ferry per se from between Egypt and Europe. That ended years ago.

Many riders myself included have worked with a shipper in Alexandria called Consolidated Freight Services cfsegypt.com to get bikes on a roro boat (no passengers allowed) from Alexandria to Greece or Italy.

Take your own plane flight from Egypt to whichever European city you're bike is bound for.

Search for "Nermien" on the HUBB and you'll find a number of threads on sea transport for your bike from Egypt to Europe. Nermien is the lead agent at CFS. She and her company do a fabulous job. Good luck :thumbup1:
