Crossing DRC in 4x4
 

Hi Forum community,

Could anyone out there tell me if it is at all possible to cross through DRC using this intended route.

Kinshasa,Kikwit,Kelembe,Tshikapa,Kezumba,Kamina,Li kasi and then crossing into Zambia through Lubumbashi. I will be in a 4x4 so hoping there is a road of sorts.

Secondly what is the longest amount of time one can get for a tourist visa through DRC? I dont think a transit visa will be long enough.

Cheers for that. Very interesting reading was a great blog!!! I know now it is possible to do it i would like to get to the other side with my car in a bit better condition on the other side but!! Not to sure i like the idea of bouncing back and forth off the walls just to stay on my wheels.
