In my spare time I've developed a simple Excel-based program that may help in planning an Africa travel route.

Click the Visa Planner button on Sheet1 to view the program (yes, you will have to enable macros in Excel). It will track visa costs as you add countries to an itinerary. That's the main thing. It will also show the visa rules & entry requirements for each country. The program can also limit the list of countries to those that share a land border with the active country.

I grabbed most of the included country info from a visa-issuing website a few months ago...so not only is it out-of-date, it also assumes US citizenship. :innocent: Therefore, the included visa costs and country entry requirements should not be assumed to be current or correct. You can (and should!) change the country-specific info on the worksheet starting in row 64.

Rows 3 through 57 contain the info on which countries share borders. Feel free to make corrections (and please let me know so I can update the program).

The Print function will simply dump the screen to the default printer.
