Short form:
- I love riding up into BC, had planned a 5 day ride (about 1250 miles) last week

- not quite half way in, just North of Slocan (about an hour North of Nelson), falling rocks cut the trip short. I have minor sprains, bruises, my beloved Speed triple may be a write off

- wonderful, helpful people
