I just bought a Suzuki 125 to use in the city. It has almost 2,000kms and seems to be well made and very economical. After seeing the pictures may be I should use the 125 for longer trips.

Hey David !!

I think it will take more time that I thought for the english translation !! But if you need any advice, informations you can send me an email ( devuyst.pat@gmail.com) And I´ll be more than happy to tell u everything u wanna know !!

The bike cost 2 000 $ in Quito !! New ! And for the petrol there wasn´t any worries ... In the south you have always at least one petrol station especially in Chile !! You can go up to 260 km between gaz station !!

Take care

Bonjour la Belgique!

Bonjour Patrick, comment ca va?

I read your blog, it was really entertaining to follow your story, it's a shame it is not available in english but I think that if It was, it wouldn't have the same original touch and word play than in french. Good luck if you are translating the whole thing.

I was in Ecuador at the same time than you guys :scooter:, it would've been great to meet you. By the way, I met the same couple of Bresilians in several parts of Peru and even in Ecuador.

Congratulations for your trip and thanks for sharing your experiences.

Marco

Salut Marco !!

Merci pour tes comments ! Tout va très bien encore tres nostalgique :-) !!

We gonna try to translate it although it´s gonna take a lot of time ! And you´r right for the word play in french with some typical from Belgium but it should be ok in english too !

Too bad we couldn´t meet up indeed ! Next time in eastern Europe or New Zealand ? Who knows :-)

FUnny thing about the Brazilans ahah they were nice !

Thanks again for the nice comments !

Take care and I´ll let everybody knows when the translation will be done !

Bye
