Quality blogs/ride reports "down the african westroute " wanted
 

Hi folks !

I am looking for blogs / ride reports of people, that have done the westroute of africa ( morocco,mauretania,senegal,mali,burkina and onwards) !

Would be nice to find some interesting stuff, i am basiclly searching for more or less kind of quality writing where people also describe a bit how the landscape and culture around them is changing, funny overland stories, maybe even background infos on the country, not just stuff like "rode 300km today, arrived in bamako, payed 4000cfa for shit hotel, crossed mali in 4 days on crap roads" ! Hope you guys unterstand what I mean.

Englisch / german language appreciated.

Maybe somebody has an idea or something in mind and could provide some links, thank you very much !

Mark hammond, Gordon Freibe (Migo) and I both did blogs about West Africa, 2008/9 Mark is a professional writer so his would be much better than mine. Migos is in German, his native tongue and mine is the one your didn't want to read..! (probably!)
