HANS ON WHEELS : Cambodia to UK
 

Hans de Block, a dear friend of mine, is on the road again. Today, 1 May, he left his beloved Cambodia for a fundraising trip to the UK:

HANS_ON_WHEELS
The Hans on Wheels project is a fundraising campaign for people with disabilities living in Cambodia. In Cambodia the biggest barriers to people with disabilities are: the level of poverty in the country, inclusion in the community and accessibility to services/facilities which can often be at great distances. In raising US$300,000 this campaign will allow to fund projects that will focus on removing these barriers. Through your support we can help people achieve their dreams! A goal worthy of the Horizons Unlimited spirit and lifestyle.

His self-propelled engine on two wheels (aka 'bicycle') will take him - if all goes well - on 20.000 km of roads (not all worthy of this title) from Cambodia to the UK over the next 18 months or so.
