Most travellers stop there. Incredibly friendly, very experienced on big bikes. And cheap!
If you don´t need anything, just stop to say hello, they are great people and they love to meet travellers!

I wanted to update this thread and let everyone know that Moto Angel is under new ownership now and had changed locations. Unfortuately, I do not know where the new place is.

Hector and Carlos have moved to Canada to eventually open a shop there.

Carlos Mesa(actually the best mechanic of MotoAngel) moved to "Suzuki SuperServicio"(Medellin, Calle 36 #46-36, Tel: 262 62 21, email: suzukisuperservicio@gmail.com). He knows all big motorcycles.
We got a perfect service for our KLRs there in July. The shop had just opened 2 days ago.
Good guys!
Besides there is one street nearby, where you can get tons of different tires and other stuff. We have never seen such big stores only for motorcycletires!

Hector Angel are in Canada and Carlos Mesa is still going in Medellin.

I stopped by the other day at moto angel to fix a wiring issue with my KLR. He found the problem right away and had it fixed before I could finish a cup of coffee! And no charge!
They really enjoy having travellers stop in.
They work on everything from Ducs to Bimmers and all the jap iron in beween.:thumbup1:
