VOTING IS OPEN: HU Photo Contest for the 2019 Calendar

VOTING IS CLOSED! and the final results are in. Here are the Top 30 photos, in no particular order, that people voted for. The winning 13 images be featured in the 2019 HU Calendar - your best adventure planning tool to inspire and visualize the steps to get you "out there". VOTE FOR YOUR FAVOURITE 13 by "Liking" them. Voting closes: Sunday, May 13th at midnight, Pacific (PDT) VOTING RULES ON HUBB: Each picture will have its own post, a 'Like' for the post is a vote. You must be a registered HUBB user to vote here. If you're not registered on the HUBB, you can vote on Facebook or Instagram (horizonsunlimited_com). In order to get a good balance of photographers and photos of various categories in the calendar, HU is responsible for the final selections, taking into account the weighted values of votes/likes/shares where they were originally posted on FB, Instagram, and the HUBB. NOTE: Very occasionally there are 2 pics by the same photographer in the top 30, but no photographer can have more than 1 pic in the calendar. #HUContest19 Winners - Final Results
The final results are in. Merci beaucoup for voting and helping us decide the fate of the 2019 HU Calendar pics. Just listing the winners here as I don't want to mess up anyone's joy of checking out the Top 30 again.
Grand Prize Winner (1st Place): Michnus Olivier (Rock formations, Peru) 2nd Place Winner: Martin Strebel (Cherry blossoms along the road, Georgia) 3rd Place Winner: Ana Hogas (Dune bashing, Sudan) Michnus receives a $250 USD cash prize, plus free entry to any HU Travellers Meeting for life. Martin and Ana each receive Ripcord travel evacuation insurance (excluding medical). The following 10 winners will also be featured in the 2019 HU Calendar, listed in alphabetical order:
